 அனர்த்த முன் எச்சரிக்கைக்கான புதிய தகவல் தொடர்பு அமைப்பை நிறுவுதல்

குறிப்பாக சுனாமி அனர்த்தங்கள் தொடர்பில் அனர்த்த முன்னெச்சரிக்கை பொறிமுறையை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துவதற்காக, அனர்த்த முகாமைத்துவ நிலையம், இலங்கை தொலைத்தொடர்பு ஒழுங்குமுறை ஆணைக்குழு மற்றும் அனைத்து தொடர்பாடல் முகவர் நிலையங்களும் இணைந்து 19.12.2023 அன்று புரிந்துணர்வு உடன்படிக்கை ஒன்று மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது அதி மேதகு சனாதிபதியின் தலைமையில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது  மற்றும் தேசிய பாதுகாப்பு தினமான 26.12.2023 ல் இருந்து இது செயற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

உடனடி முன்னெச்சரிக்கையுடன் கூடிய அறிவிப்பு “சைரன் ஒலியுடன் கூடிய SOS ரிங்டோன், தீவைச் சுற்றியுள்ள 14 மாவட்டங்களில் சுனாமி அபாயத்தில் உள்ள நபர்களின் கிட்டத்தட்ட எழுபதாயிரம் (70,000) மொபைல் மற்றும் லேண்ட்லைன் தொலைபேசி எண்களுக்கு இதனை அனுப்பக்கூடியதாக உள்ளது.

மிகவும் பயனுள்ள முன் எச்சரிக்கை பொறிமுறையை, அனர்த்தத்தின்போது குறிப்பாக இரவில், சைரன் ஒலியுடன் பொதுமக்கள் தொலைபேசிகளை ஒலிக்கச் செய்வதன் மூலம் இதனை நிறுவ முடியும்.

உங்கள் தொலைபேசிகளுக்கு ரிங்டோனை அமைக்க

1. அனர்த்த எச்சரிக்கை ரிங்டோனை DMC இணைய முகவரியான www.dmc.gov.lk இலிருந்து பதிவிறக்கவும் அல்லது இங்கே WhatsApp இல் உள்ளதை பதிவிறக்கவும்.

2. 117ஐ டயல் செய்து, 117ஐ அனர்த்த எச்சரிக்கையாக (Disaster Alert) என சேமிக்கவும்.

3. தொடர்பு பட்டியலுக்குச் செல்லவும் - 117 ஐத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும் - வலது பக்க மேல் மூலையில் மூன்று புள்ளிகளைக் கிளிக் செய்யவும்- ரிங்டோனை அமைக்கவும்- பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யப்பட்ட "அனர்த்த எச்சரிக்கை ரிங்டோனை" ஒதுக்கவும் -  அதனை சேமிக்கவும்.

அலுவலக உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் அனைவரும் இதனை தங்களது தொலைபேசிகளில் நிறுவிக்கொள்வது பயனுள்ளாதாக இருக்கும்.

Establishing a new Communication System for Disaster Early Warning 

In order to further strengthen the disaster early warning mechanism especially in relation to Tsunami Disasters, the Disaster Management Centre, Sri Lanka Telecommunication Regulatory Commission and all the communications agencies will jointly enter into a memorandum of Understanding on 19.12.2023 to launch a new early warning system. It was introduced under the chairmanship of the president and it was made public in conjunction with National Safety Day 26.12.2023. 

An announcement with an immediate early warning “SOS Ringtone with a siren sound is directed to nearly seventy thousand (70,000) mobile and landline telephone numbers of persons at risk of Tsunami in the 14 District around the Island. 

A more effective early warning mechanism can be established, especially at night, to the public by ringing their phones with a siren sound. 

To set ringtone for your phones 

1. Download Disaster Alert ringtone from the DMC web address, www.dmc.gov.lk, or here in WhatsApp. 

2. Dial 117 and save the 117 as Disaster Alert

3. Go to the contact list – select 117 No – Edit go to the right side top corner and click three dots- set Ringtone- Assign the downloaded “Disaster Alert Ringtone” – Done – Save.

All Office staffs should set this settings in your mobile it will be more benefit you receiving Disaster Alert in time.
